Robert Flinchbaugh, D.O., Chief Medical Officer

Robert Flinchbaugh, D.O., is the Chief Medical Officer of Winneshiek Medical Center.

Dr. Flinchbaugh is a graduate of Baylor University, obtained his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency with the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. Dr. Flinchbaugh is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Prior to joining Winneshiek Medical Center in 2014, Dr. Flinchbaugh practiced family medicine in Kasson, MN, and held the position of Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, in Rochester, MN.  He served as the program director for Mayo Clinic’s Family Medicine Residency Program for more than 10 years.
