In the event of an inpatient stay, as part of planning your discharge from Winneshiek Medical Center, those who are involved in your care meet to talk about your progress and your discharge goals and plans. Discharge planning conferences are held every Monday and Thursday from 1 to 1:30 p.m., where you and your family are invited to meet with the health care professionals involved in your care.
