Any exercise is better than no exercise. If you and your family lead a sedentary lifestyle, the first step is to take some steps! Start walking to your destination, go on outdoor scavenger hunts with the kids or grab your neighbors for a morning trek around the block. You can build, a little at a time, to a healthy amount of activity – and have fun while you are doing it!
