WMC to be recognized at Mayo Clinic Health System Service Excellence Dinner June 28
Winneshiek Medical Center’s (WMC) Mabel Clinic, Ossian Clinic, and Obstetric department will be recognized Wednesday, June 28, at the Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS) 2017 Service Excellence Award Dinner. MCHS recognizes departments, divisions, and hospital units that score in the top 10 percent in national patient satisfaction surveys. Local patients responded in the highest possible category consistently throughout the past year, resulting in this elite national ranking to be awarded to Mabel Clinic, Ossian Clinic, and WMC Obstetric department.
“These awards are achieved through the continual efforts of all the teams serving our patients every day,” says Maggie Busta, patient experience coordinator for WMC. “From the receptionists who take the call for patient appointments, housekeepers who keep everything clean, and physicians and associate providers along with their care teams who care directly for the patients, we strive to provide each patient an unparalleled experience maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.”
Winneshiek Medical Center is an accredited, nonprofit community health system serving northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota since 1914.
