Prepared Childbirth

FreeCost of attending this class is $30. Payment is due at the door.
Parents learn what to expect during labor and delivery, including: stages of labor, birth plans, labor positions, breathing techniques and relaxation, breast feeding, newborn care and pain control options. Delivering moms will also learn more about epidural anesthesia which is available at Winneshiek Medical Center 24 hours a day, every day.
It’s recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing.
