At WinnMed, patients work with the entire urology team to receive the care they need. For most procedures, surgeons will operate locally at WinnMed. For procedures that require a higher level of technology (such as robotics), the surgery will be scheduled at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Minimally invasive procedures are performed when appropriate, producing excellent results with shorter hospital stays, less bleeding and discomfort and a shorter recovery period.
