SHIIP volunteers are available by appointment at Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah by calling 563-387-3036. Appointments are conducted via phone call or in person.
Please bring your insurance card(s) and a list of your current medications.
WMC provides office space for the SHIIP program in the North Building. For simple access to the SHIIP office, please park in Parking Lot C on the north side of the WMC campus, and enter through door C-1.
