Breastfeeding Basics

FreeFor expecting moms and partners/support person.
This class focuses on protecting, promoting, and supporting breastfeeding by teaching mom’s how to establish a good milk supply from the start. As all as understanding milk production, and how to build and maintain the supply – as these things are the best indicators for breastfeeding success.
We will also cover different pump options, and how mom’s can obtain a pump through the hospital or website.
