Grand Community Picnic & Clinic Open House

WinnMed invites you to our Grand Community Picnic & Clinic Open House on Wednesday, October 8 from 5–7 PM!

Join us for an evening of fun, food, and connection as we celebrate our community and showcase our clinic. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors—everyone is welcome!

Activities include:

• A free BBQ sandwich, bottle of water and bag of chips
• Free popcorn from the Lion’s Club
• Live music by Mike McAbee
• Kids games and activities area
• BINGO
• and more!

Sugar Bowl ice cream will also be available for purchase throughout the evening.

We know the construction process hasn’t been easy — for our patients, our staff, or our visitors — and we’re grateful for everyone’s patience. We’re excited to finally share the new space and showcase all the ways it will improve the experience and care we provide moving forward.”

In addition to the picnic activities, attendees will have the opportunity to go on a guided tour of WinnMed’s clinic.

WinnMed’s newly expanded clinic – the third completed phase in the Transforming Tomorrow initiative – is designed to elevate both patient care and provider collaboration. Doubling the size of the previous space, the clinic reflects WinnMed’s commitment to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the community.

• Expanded Services: The clinic expansion accommodates WinnMed’s growing services, including a robust primary care practice, and specialists in Rheumatology, Urology, Allergy, General Surgery, OB-GYN, ENT, Audiology, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Podiatry and Dermatology – ensuring more comprehensive care close to home.

The picnic and open house events are made possible with the help of staff volunteers from WinnMed, the WinnMed Auxiliary and WinnMed Foundation, and will be held rain or shine.

Convenient parking will be available, with regular Earl Bus rides from WinnMed parking lots to the event site, which will be centered near the Main Entrance and Parking Lot A.
